Pulled from the archives, HOKA merged their iconic Mafate Speed 2 and Mafate 3 to create a modernized mashup. Built on the Mafate Speed 2’s cushy bottom unit and topped with the original Mafate 3’s signature upper, this street-ready spinoff features a gusseted tongue and quick-lace system for easy on and off.

About the Designer

Founded in 2009 by Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Dicard, HOKA ONE ONE sought to design a shoe that allowed them to run downhill faster with less strain on their joints. By doing so, they inadvertently reinvented the running shoe. At HOKA, their goal is to inspire people to move with footwear that offers maximum cushion and minimal weight.
